JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Packager position is assigned the responsibility of efficient product packaging in preparation for sale. Packagers must pay close attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment. Packagers are required to follow company policy and procedures while adhering to Nevada state compliance and local policy.

 

DUTIES:

  • Responsible for maintaining quality product
  • Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of facility before and after packing.
  • Responsible for proper time management and meeting daily production quotas 
  • Ability to understand weights and measures
  • Reports any potential hazards to management
  • Ability to focus on given task for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work well independently, as well as with others
  • Must be able to track all items efficiently for accurate reporting
  • Ability to operate or troubleshoot packaging equipment
  • Must adhere all company security policies and procedures.
  • Complete task delegated by immediate and executive management.
  • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with peers, team and all management in order to communicate effectively and strategically implement solutions.
